"This was so easy! It is perfect for a quick week night meal. The recipe is a perfect base that was delicious as is or can be easily modified by adding fresh herbs to the crust."

"I LOVE this recipe. It is quick, easy and delicious! I usually use 1/2 cup of milk and 1/2 cup of cream of chicken soup. It gives it a little more flavor. I also don't measure the chicken. I just use 2 chicken breasts that I season and cook before adding to the pie. YUMMY!"

"This was so easy and so delicious. I took the advice of the other reviews and baked the mushrooms and onions for 10 minutes before adding the fish. I served it with mashed butternut squash! It was a fantastic dinner!"

"This recipe was fantastic. I made a few substitutions based on what I had in the house. I used wheat bran instead of oat bran, splenda instead of white sugar, 1 cup of egg whites, 4 bananas (I wanted to use up what I had, and 1 and 1/2 cups of apple sauces to ensure they would be moist. I also left out the walnuts because I do not like them. ..."
