"This was rich, delicious and not hard to make, even for a remedial cook like me. I only made two mistakes:
1. The parmesan cheese has to be shredded or grated, not just cut into pieces. I just put the dish back into the oven for another ten minutes to see if it will melt down a little more.
2. I bought frozen "cut" spinach, not knowing..."
