"Delicious meatballs and very easy to make. I used Panko breadcrumbs and added a little milk instead of the water. I baked the meatballs instead of frying them, simmered them in homemade spaghetti sauce for about 45 minutes, and served them with spaghetti, green salad and garlic toast. Yum."

"Delicious pot roast recipe and so easy to make. I browned the roast before baking, as suggested by another reviewer, used homemade onion soup mix recipe #110331, and a combination of water, beef broth and potato water saved from making mashed potatoes a few days ago. Served with thick slices of homestyle bread and butter to mop up the gravy. Added..."

"Delicious lemon curd and so easy to make. I made lemon cupcakes from a cake mix and turned them into butterfly cupcakes. Cool cupcakes. Cut off the tops; cut the cupcake tops in half for 'wings'. Scoop out a little cake from the center top of each cupcake to make room for lemon curd. Add lemon curd to the wells. Insert cupcake halfs on an angle fo..."

"Delicious crock pot stew and so easy to make. For the cooked hamburger I used recipe #270577 that I had in my freezer and recipe #110331 for the onion soup mix. I used peeled carrots cut into 1/2 inch slices, partially boiled, for the carrots because I did not have any baby carrots on hand. This is a great meal in a bowl recipe served with thick s..."

I preheated the cast iron skillet before adding the oil to cook the steak, and placed the browned steak in a roasting pan. In the same skillet, I adde..."

Made some homemade TV dinners with the leftovers using foil pie plates divided with pieces of foil paper. Added leftover mashed potatoes and frozen peas, with dots of butter on top, in separate foil divisio..."

"Delicious little potato skins! A little difficult to scoop out the flesh from the raw potatoes with my arthritic hands but I did it! Only change I made was to use crispy bacon bits instead of prosciutto. Garnished with sour cream and chopped chives from the garden. Definite keeper! Made for Please Review My Recipe."

"Wonderful recipe to use up the canned fruits and jar of plums I had in my pantry. The Bulk Food store had raisins and almonds on special - lucky me! A delicious combination of fruits. Served with a dollop of whipped cream dusted with sifted cinnamon. Yum. Made for Please Review my Recipe."

"Excellent chicken broth full of flavor! I used a total of 6 lbs. of chicken pieces that I had in the freezer, fresh garlic and parsley from the garden, and V-8 juice. I froze some of the broth in recipe size portions, in containers from the dollar store labeled with masking tape and date. Also froze some of the broth in ice cube trays, then place..."
