"These are GREAT! I made them with white whole wheat flour and added raisins and walnuts. I also cut the sugar in half and they were still plenty sweet. I'll probably reduce the sugar even further next time. I'll be making these often :"

"This was so salty it was inedible. With this much sodium, there's no way you can call this healthy. If you want to try this recipe, I would recommend adding the ranch dressing mix and taco seasoning a little at a time and tasting as you go."

"Loved these! Made them two weekends in a row! Really, really good. I used Ritz crackers instead of saltines based on another recipe that recommended it. Otherwise, followed recipe for the cakes exactly. As for the sauce, made it per the recipe the first time (except used regular mayo and it tasted wonderful, but I wanted to lighten it up (I d..."

"I love cardamom so I was excited to try this recipe. I LOVE this cake. I live at 8,700 feet, so had to make some altitude adjustments. I've never made a cake from scratch at this altitude, so had to look up some guidelines. Other than the altitude adjustments, I used a 50/50 combination of white whole wheat flour and regular unbleached flour, ..."
