Shared Recipe Mango Tatin
Sep 27, 2012 on Food.com
I'm a French foodista lost in LA.
I relocated in California to work as a journalist for French TV, but my péché mignon is cooking.
I want to share my love for French home family food, and just created a blog, French and Parfait.
My goal is to help you poor, non French people, to cook French and perfect food !
A Bientôt et Bon appétit les amis !
http://www. frenchandparfait.blogspot.com
I love cooking Boeuf Bourguignon, of course !
But also Mustard and tomatoes pie, Lapin en cocotte, Mango tarte Tatin, Chicken à la basquaise, Quiche lorraine, crudités...

"I was born in the land of Tarte Tatin, Sologne (in France), and thought of this recipe for my friend Elsa who just moved in India and didn't know what to do with mangoes.
So here it is, caramelized Mangoes in an upside down pie !
If you want the whole story of the Tarte tatin, check my blog : http://frenchandparfait.blogspot.com/2012/09/mango-sis..."
