    Reviewed Vegan Chai Mix
    Handle
     |  By Prose

"I was sooo tired of having chai out and spending $$$$ for a drink that tasted like sugar water. This mix has a nice kick to it. I followed the recipes as written except for the amount of tea. I used Liquid Jade powdered matcha green tea that came in a container saying it brewed 75 cups so I just used half of it since this mix makes 40 servings. I ..."

"My new favorite main course! I used chopped fresh spinach, cut the cheese in half, threw in some tofu and added some McCormicks pizza seasoning. Baked for 15 min then laid some slices of red onion that had been tossed in some olive oil on top and broiled until the onions browned. Served with mixed greens salad. Perfect dinner!"

"This was a big hit . Not being a ranch fan ,i used 1/4cup ranch and 1/4 cup sour cream. I used leftover roasted chicken instead of canned and extra hot frank's sauce. The only thing different I would do next time is add more chicken. I used the left over dip, reheated it and tossed it with some bowtie pasta for lunch the next day...surprisingly go..."

"This was so good! Very easy to make and it looks beautiful. I omitted the parsley and added some basil and some italian seasoning on top then lightly drizzled some herbed olive oil over it. The only change I would make next time(and I WILL make this again and often is to add another tomato to the top."

"Great for a holiday buffet! I cut the recipe in half and cooked it 5 hours on low in my crockpot. I just put the meatballs in the pot, whisked the chili sauce and jelly together in a bowl and poured it over the top. When they were done I turned the pot down to the "keep warm" setting and served them at an open house. Everyone loved them. It's fun ..."

"I didn't wait 10 minutes and mix again , I just starting making and they turned out great. I used my giant grill spatula with holes in it as a makeshift spaetzle maker and it worked well, just spooned batter on to it ,held it over the pot and pressed it through with a solid spatula. All done in 10 minutes! Perfect served with AudreyM's chicken wit..."
