I used a home made broth, made from: 5 corn cobs, 1 chicken carcus, 3 small leeks, 4 carrots, 4 celery stalks, one onion, one head of garlic, fresh herbs and spices. Just a little salt. Its a very corn flavored brot..."

    About Me

I've had this account for a long time, but I havent logged in since 2007ish. I always turn to recipe zaar when I need a recipe!

I love cooking because even though sometimes under pressure it causes stress, most of all it creates love. Sounds so cheesy, but cooking is a drug.

This year I cooked my first Thanksgiving in 2009.
