I'm a nurse in a long term care facility. I have two grown children and my husband and I are raising our autistic grandson. I love trying new recipes. It is a real challenge trying to find things that our grandson will actually eat. People never know what they are going to get when they're invited to dinner.
Difficult to say. My tastes run the gamut. It's easier to say what I won't eat. Everyone says I am in the wrong business, that I should open a bakery or be a caterer. I say that would take all the fun out it.
