    About Me

I live in the beautiful state of South Carolina and have lived here all of my life.I am a police officer and I work in a mid-sized city which comes along with big city stress, so to relieve this stress I took up gardening. I now have an absolutely gorgeous garden with approxamately 30 different kinds of fruits and veggies and it has become my passion. I have always enjoyed cooking but now I can experiment all of the time with the foods I've grown!

    Favorite Foods

My absolute favorite food is my grandmother's fried chicken. Only she can make it just the way I like it.I am known for making my famous 4 ingredient peach cobbler which is always the first thing to go at family get togethers even though you're supposed to eat dessert last! Thank goodness it only takes 20 minutes to make and cook! I usually wind up back in the kitchen making more. But when I'm not in my kitchen I prefer the kitchen of my favorite restaurant which happens to be a japanese steak house.
