"This dish was fabulous! At first, I was a little concearned it might be bitter because of the amount of balsamic vinegar, but it was a beautiful balance of sweet, savory, and spicey. Even my 1 year old son loved it , ate a whole leg! The only substitute I did is use red pepper flakes instead of a fresh pepper. Thanks for sharing JustJan"
