    Reviewed Venison Lasagne (Or Beef)

    "This worked great! Husband and I both loved it, and I've been a vegetarian for three years (concerned mostly with slaughter practices). We used ground venison from a friend who hunts. I used ricotta, not cottage cheese, and didn't have fennel. I think this version tasted just as good, if not better, than beef lasagna. Will definitely be making it a..."
