"Had a lot of plums in our garden and some pastry that needed used up, so this recipe was great! I used soft brown sugar and crumbed some over the top of the mix too. It turned out lovely served warm with ice cream. Next time I'll probably use shortcrust pastry for the pie crust rather than flaky pastry, but good either way!"
"Very good recipe, it was nice to have something that could be made so quickly. I did find that it only made 9 muffins, however they were fairly big. I added a 1/4 cup brown sugar as I didn't have any raisins in the house. Will try baking a batch and freezing them next time."
