    About Me

I am a recipe addict and enjoy cooking. Sometimes my love of unexpected, extraordinary and desirable tastes and treats goes beyond my budget but I always find a way to try something new.

    Favorite Foods

Chocolate, especially dark chocolate. Who can resist? Fruit. Cheese. Pasta. Fresh Foods (Mediterranean, Californian, light and simple). Seafoods (all that I've tried so far).

I'm not that into pork and don't usually plan to cook it.

My favorite dish is grilled Salmon with herbs and oil. Very simple, very delectable.

The dish I'm famous for in my family is my Berry Trifle. Always a favorite.

My favorite restaurant..... I would have to say Olive Garden. Pasta heaven :)
