I am a mother of many children, some biological, the rest are not. I enjoy cooking for anyone and everyone. I enjoy teaching the women of my generation that it is possible to cook without a take-out menu. My fiance has to follow a gluten-free diet so that adds challenge and interest to my menus. I would love to be able to cook all the time. I find it challenging, relaxing, joyful, and frustrating all rolled into one. Lol.
I love lasagna! I love anything with mushrooms!! In my family I am known as the casserole queesn!!!! I can make absolutely anything into a casserole. I love to try new recipes and I am always springing something new on my family and friends.
