New Topic Soup and sandwich combo suggestions needed in Community Cafe

"I'm having a b-day party for my son. I was thinking of serving soup, sandwiches and salad. There will be about 25 or so, mostly family. I have a triple slow cooker to hold the soup in.

I haven't decided on the soups yet other than beef barley (my son's favorite) any suggestions would be appreciated.

    Thanks."

New Topic Poison Ivy help needed in Community Cafe

"My son has poison ivy on his foot. Soccer starts tomorrow and school starts Friday. We're using witch hazel, calamine lotion and benadryl. Does anyone have any tips on what else we should be using? I'd like to get this cleared up so he can wear a shoe comfortably.

    Thanks."

I was able to get an appointment with a gastroenterologist today. He asked me a few questions, looked at the u/s and my lab results. He didn't examine me at all. I guess it's me..."

    About Me

I'm married with 2 boys. I work as a data analyst.

I like to spend time with my two boys, we go to the library, boardwalk in the summer. My kids are active in Cub and Boys Scouts, karate and little league baseaball. In the five minutes I have to myself, I like to read - preferably in the bathtub with a lot of bubbles.

    Favorite Foods

I can't say that I have one favorite food I- I like candy way too much and raspberry hot fudge sundaes. Pizza and quesadillas are on the list too. Chocolate covered pretzels are another favorite - I guess that falls under candy though.
