    About Me

Finally, I'm updating my profile because I've been around on Zaar long enough to realize that i use it A LOT! I'm the mom of 3 1/2 year old twin boys, who eat really well so I have a lot of fun cooking for them. I work part time as a cook in a pub/restaurant and brunch cafe. Even so, I can easily come home after a long day and cook for fun too. So besides looking for recipes for our family, I'm also eating in a new healthy way, for me--no flour, no sugar, nothing processed. I've only been committed to it for about a month but already I feel a lot healthier. Weight loss is a secondary goal to my health and energy.

    Favorite Foods

My favorite foods really have only to do with what's fresh and good. If it's in season, I adore it. There are only a few things I don't like, and even those, I'm willing to give a try if shown a new way to cook them. Like many people who cook for a living, I'm often satisfied with take out pizza or Kraft Dinner (Mac & Cheese) as long as someone else is cooking it.
