"This is a great throw-together-and-into-the-oven all-in-one recipe! I double it (except the onion soup mix), line a 9X13 glass baking dish with potatoes, and add 10-15 minutes more cooking time. "Very easy to do and tasty results! I added garlic powder (as I do with all our mashed potatoes), and I used a crock with a lid and added an extra 5-minute heat cycle to compensate. "These were great! I made 1 batch with sausage, pepperoni, mozzarella, onions and mushrooms, and another batch with spinach, ricotta and mozzarella (omitted parmesan and 1/2 pasta sauce). They both turned out great and tastey! The only problem was that they STUCK badly to the cup liners. Next time I will probably just grease the muffin pan instead...."
