    About Me

I'm no chef, but I love to cook. I'm a native of Southern Louisiana. Cajun recipes are generally easy to prepare but techniques, such as making roux, can take some practice.

Slowly but surely I will add recipes. I suppose a gumbo recipe should be next so that my screen name makes sense. :)

    Favorite Foods

Cajun, Indian, Chinese and good ol' American fried foods!!
