Hello!
I'm a recent college graduate with a computer science degree but very confused ambitions.
I've been cooking in my parents' well-stocked kitchen, alternated with dirty dorm stoves and a student's budget. It's been fun to figure things out that are good and healthy and involve real ingredients, while also experimenting with the many options mac and cheese or ramen have to offer.
Seriously though, I'm a big kid who is experimenting with the adult world. That means my food is somewhere between what a grown-up would enjoy and a kid would love. I am a pretty decent cook, I love to eat, and I learn quickly. This learning to cook thing is a really fun journey.
Buffalo chicken wings (but only in Buffalo), mashed potatoes, any kind of stir fry, Chinese bbq pork (my best friend's family owns a Chinese restaurant), authentic Mexican food
