    Reviewed Gluten-Free Pancakes
    Handle
     |  By Queen Bead

"These pancakes are excellent! Instead of the flour blend I used 1/2 C rice flour, 2 Tbsp sorghum flour and 2 Tbsp tapioca starch and to make them dairy-free I subbed in So Delicious coconut milk.
I've made them every weekend since I found the recipe!"

"I thought this was tasty & easy & will definitely make again but...I would put in just half of the juice from one lemon. I thought it was much too lemony for a traditional hollandaise!"

    Handle
     |  By evelyn/athens

"This cake was hit at a recent potluck rijsttaffel! I made it exactly according to the recipe and it worked out beautifully. My broiler seemed to be quite powerful so each layer took only about 30 seconds instead of two minutes. So keep an eye on that cake!

The layered look is so impressive - I'll definitely be making this again."

"I will definitely make this again - it was the first time had tasted or cooked with fava beans. Yum! I used fresh ones from the farmer's market - I also used fresh tomatoes, parsley, thyme & oregano from my own garden. I only chilled it for 10 minutes - I think an hour would make the romaine quite soggy - it tasted great as is. Maybe I'll add some..."

    Reviewed Sorrel Soup
    Handle
     |  By Jacques Lorrain

"This soup has wonderful flavour and is really easy to make. I made it exactly per the instructions except that I didn't reserve any raw leaves for the end - I put the other half in to be blended because I was a little afraid of the strength of the sorrel I was using. I'll be making this again!"

Reviewed Creamy White Bean and Chorizo Soup
    Handle
     |  By Valerie in Florida

"This is a tasty hearty dinner soup! I cooked the beans (I used navy beans in the slowcooker on high for 4 hours. I saved the cooking water but found that I didn't need to add it because the soup was the right consistency with only the chicken broth. I used pre-cooked chorizo so after I sauteed it in the dutch oven I simply added the veggies to ..."

    Handle
     |  (1 person found this helpful) |  By ratherbeswimmin'

"This was stellar! Definitely worth buying a Paella pan for since I know I'll be making this often. I only made a few alterations - no peas and I added a bag of scallops, I also left the shrimp unshelled. The flavour and texture were amazing and all the different seafoods were all cooked perfectly at 32 minutes."

     |  By magpie diner

"I thought this soup had great flavour! I used yellow-fleshed potatoes, left the skins on and cooked them in the broth. It saved an additional pot but since I kept the lid on I think the soup was a bit thinner than I would have preferred. Also - the calorie count on my soup was only 350 per serving with 12 g of fat - probably had something to do w..."

    Reviewed Crustless Swiss Chard Quiche
    Handle
     |  By Keeferop

"This IS yummy! Really quick to make and uses up a ton of chard. I added 4 slices of cooked, crumbled bacon to satisfy my meat tooth. My combo of cheeses was old cheddar, parmesan and goat feta. I would also have to comment that it only makes 4 servings. I could barely stop myself from eating!"
