"i was surprised (and i shouldn't have been how awesome these things were. they had the crunch of deep fried chimichangas without the extra fat from frying them. i followed the recipe exactly and ended up with five, and my boyfriend ate four. next time i'm going to add some re-fried beans, but that is the only thing i will change."
