"These were really good! I followed the ingredients exactly but skipped the browning of the chops. I put them directly in the oven and they turned out nice and moist. I think I would double the sauce next time though...just a personal preference."

"YUM and YUM!!! I bake a lot but I have never ever made biscotti because I was intimidated by it...it just seemed to be too hard. Well...I was sure pleasantly surprised at how easy it is...and how good this recipe is!!! It is tasty, hard and crunchy...just the way I like it. I did not use amaretto as I didn't have any but used 2tbsp of water with 1..."

"I don't think I have ever given any recipe on Recipezaar a bad review...until now. I had been craving Snickerdoodles for several days...haven't had them in years...so I came to the ol trusty Recipezaar to find the highest rated recipe and this one was it. I must say there are pretty much the most awful cookies I have ever made in my life. Half hav..."

"This was really really good. Both my hubby and I loved it. It was so easy as I always have cooked ground beef in the freezer to make meals such as this. I used the whole pkg of taco seasoning as we like spicy stuff. I will definitely be making it again. Thanks for the recipe :"

"YUMMY!!!! These are soooooo good!! They got thumbs up from every one around the supper table. I did cut the recipe in half though as it was too much for my family as is but next time, I just may make the full recipe and freeze half of the "meat cakes" for another time...or even make the remainder of the meat mixture into meatballs and freeze. "Sooooooo good!! I made a few changes though, taking the advice of several other reviewers...I decreased the sour cream to 1 cup instead of 2 and I put just 2 tbsp of melted margarine instead of 1/2 cup. I also thawed the hash browns first. This turned out just wonderful and I will definately be making it again with the changes I made."

I didn't rub the olive oil on first though...and even though a few of them did stick, it was very easy to get them off. The few that were sliced very very thin did stick more though. And hey, not using the oil just cuts out one more step ..."
