Reviewed Figs in Red Wine with Herbed Goat Cheese

"it was fantastic, but we didn't have figs and instead we used strawberries since that's what we had. I imagine it would work with a lot of fruits too. I may have cooked it longer than the time specified here until it was as thick as I liked it. Definitely an incredibly rich dish and a little serving will go a long way.""

"Made some changes, but I loved it! I didn't have swiss chard and for the white beans I used dried soybeans that were soaked overnight. I seasoned with chicken boullion instead of salt and used shredded cooked chicken instead of ground chicken. Loved it and love how super healthy it is (especially with soybeans to add more protein). Thanks!""

    Reviewed Sunny's Easy Baked Beans

"I saw these on TV and really wanted to try them out. I made a few adjustments. I had dried pinto beans only, so I made this in a pressure cooker (~1 hour 15 min at full pressure). I love spice, so I added 3 serrano peppers along with the sriracha. After tasting it at the end, I probably would add MORE sriracha (told you I like spice :) ).
