I have been on this site since Recipe Zaar. I could, and sometimes do, spend hours sorting, sifting and planning menus. My goal is to become more involved as well as keeping up with my reviews. I am extremely happily married with 2 cats and a parrot that is more like our child than a bird. I work in a nursing facility, providing activites for our older generation keeping them active, entertained and happy. My hubby and I both have a deep passion for for cooking. It's my way of winding down as well as using my creativity. I love recipes as much as I love to "tweak" them!
We are blessed to live on the east coast of Florida. The fresh seafood is abundant and delicious! My favorite dish to make is beef Wellington. Its so simple, but is still such a gourmet dish. I love to serve it to guests and on Christmas. About the only foods I truly dislike are bell peppers and celery.
