Reviewed Tuscan Lemon Chicken With Warm Bean Salad

"This dish is so lovely and DELICIOUS! We too, used canned beans and marinated the chicken for about 2.5 hours. I loved the BIG garlic flavor, we pasted up 5 cloves to coat the chicken. There was plenty of juice/sauce at the end, so we did not reduce the sauce- we just spooned it over the chicken and beans. We served with Sauteed Swiss Chard (Don't Be Afraid!!!) and a love..."

Reviewed Vietnamese Pho With Beef - America's Test Kitchen

"This is a really good at-home version of pho. I highly suggest freezing your beef to get those thin slices just right... I didn't and the beef was super chewy. I didn't have on hand any fish sauce, and I ended up using 2 parts beef and one part chicken stock- but it still was a really tasty soup. Thanks so much for sharing!"

    Reviewed Creamy Italian Dressing

"Great dressing, but modified quite a bit. I added extra milk, to thin it out, a clove of garlic, lots of Parmesan, and a tbsp. Of fresh cilantro to bighten it up a bit.we will definitely be using this again... It was so, o good!"

    Favorite Foods

Really, pretty much anything Italian, sushi, fresh baked bread, great steaks, cheese- all of it, salads, wine, fresh herbs, chips and salsa, great olive oil, spicy foods, garden tomatoes, home-made salad dressings, anything grilled, salami, swordfish, capers, good coffee.... and oh, how I love Meyer lemons.

I do not really have the greatest sweet tooth.... I do however occasionally enjoy a really faboulous NY cheesecake or perfectly crusty creme brulee. I am also the girl who will probably be seen eating the cake but not the frosting.... unless it's a really divine butter-cream.

Hands down favorite food.... a big, huge, greasy, gluttonous "Special Quesadilla" from La Posta, in San Diego (a gigantic carne asada burrito wrapped in a quesadilla!!!!) Lordy.

Foods that make me want to barf: Over-dressed salads, mushy/over-cooked vegetables, mayonaise based anything, meat cooked "well" and the ever so dreadful sweet pickle.
