Reviewed Rockin' Salmon With Creamy Herb Sauce
    Handle
     |  By NcMysteryShopper

"OH WOW! Not only was this dish incredibly delicious, it was ready in NO TIME!!! For a healthier version I used fat-free sour cream, omitted the heavy cream and thinned the sauce with a dash of skim milk instead. I doubled the onions on salmon and was VERY generous with the pepper; served it over a bed of baby spinach with baked whole wheat pita. D..."

"One word: DEEEEEEEEVINE!!!! I have been searching for a brownie recipe that would produce an ooey-gooey, really chocolaty, soft, and rich brownies and this one is IT!!! I took the advice of another reviewer and added some chocolate chips upon melting the shortening. Also, for personal preference, I reduced the sugar. Will definitely make these aga..."

"Really Good! I halved the sugar, increased orange zest to ~2 Tbsp. Next time, as others had done, I'll throw in some chocolate chips! Will definitely make again :D"

Reviewed Utterly Deadly Southern Pecan Pie
    Handle
     |  By PCrocker

"This pie was great but not utterly deadly:( I liked the consistency of the filling, but I prefer a really rich and sweet center. I think I may try this out again with a tad bit of flour to give more body, brown sugar, and perhaps some alcohol. I do highly recommend boiling the sugar/syrup, as it definitely delivers that special something."

    Handle
     |  By Engrossed

"Great drink! I did not have chocolate syrup on hand so I melted semi-sweet chocolate chips in hot whipping cream and skipped the creamer. Pretty yummy! What I enjoy about this drink is that it's not "milky" like some teas of this variety tend to be. Definitely will keep this recipe handy and serve to guests on cold winter nights instead of gross s..."

    Reviewed Thick Chocolate Pudding
    Handle
     |  By Chris from Kansas

"Oh WOW!!! SUPER delicious!!! This is EXACTLY what I love about home-made pudding - sweet, chocolatey, soooo flavourfull - something that definitely does not even come close to the instant variety. AND the fact that it's made with skim milk and no fat (ie: butter, margarine, etc does not even make you feel guilty when you devour this thing in one ..."

     |  By Abby C

"OH WOW!!!!! This "bread" turned out fabulous!!!! Sooooo LIGHT and FLUFFY that it really is more like a cake, but AMAZING still!!!! I will never use another banana bread/cake/muffin recipe ever again!!! I baked this in a bundt pan, with a "tunnel" of chocolate - just HEAVENLY! Can't wait to bring this in to work tomorrow and become everyone's fave ..."
