    "These were absolutely delicious! I took another reviewer's suggestion and substituted baking soda for baking powder, used rice milk, and subbed goat's milk butter for the oil since I didn't have any regular oil. Both of my daughters said these are much better than the gluten-free mix I had been buying at the store!"

    "These are the best gluten-free muffins I have ever had, much less made myself! Instead of the coconut flour I used ground almonds and I used rice milk instead of water or cow's milk. Also didn't have maple syrup so I used honey and added chocolate chips. I can't believe how good these are - will most definitely make them again!"

    "I made this for Thanksgiving this year and since I am the only one in my family who will eat yams I didn't get any feedback on it from others (wimps!!. This is a good, different way to make yams. I have to say that the cranberries were TART! The only changes I made were to peel the yams and I used honey instead of sugar as I am allergic to can..."
