Reviewed Easy Peanut Butter Buttercream Frosting
    Handle
     |  By xpnsve

"Phenomenal texture and flavor! I followed this recipe in every way except I only had half & half available. This frosting is like a peanut buttery cloud, so light and slightly sweet. I doubled the recipe to frost 36 peanut butter and banana cupcakes and should have tripled it. I will certainly make it again. And again. And again!!"

"Holy cow, was this ever good! I've made it twice now and the first time I used homemade spaghetti sauce. The homemade was a thousand times better than using jarred sauce. Be sure not to overdo the cheese, like I did the second time. The flavors meld so much better if the amount of cheese goes by the recipe. Good stuff!"

"Even though I'm not a fan of meat enchiladas, these were terrific. I added cheese and olives to the meat as I rolled each one and used two cans of red enchilada sauce. Very good stuff and makes for great leftovers!"

"Wow! This is a very forgiving recipe. I forgot the white sugar and accidentally put in half the brown sugar. These were still excellent! I baked at 300 degrees for 3 hours, basting every 30 minutes. I'm in mourning because these ribs went so fast!"

"I made this with pink lemonade and baked it as a cake in a 9x13 cake pan. I added the two tablespoons of lemonade to the canned frosting, which made it a little runny, but very delicious. My family absolutely loved this cake and I'm lucky to get a second slice! Thanks, Angela, for great summery treat!"
