"I really enjoyed making this recipe. It was a snap, and I felt so happy with the end result. The dough was light and flavorful (I added almond extract and I toasted some sliced almonds to sprinkle on top .I will make this often, and try different fruits. Cherry is hard to beat though!!"

"Loved these Ribs! Great flavor from the rub. I also cut back a little on the cayenne, and they were perfect! Cooked mine a total of 4 hrs High 7 hrs low. These were some big ribs. Thank you for a very nice recipe."
