"Never had Mulligatawny soup, but this was soooo good. Warm and comforting! Followed the recipe exactly, to give it some extra texture I added a scoop of brown rice when serving. Good without it though!"

"My weight watchers leader is obsessed with quinoa, and because I am making a slow transition to a meatless diet I needed something with lots of protein. This is delicious! "This was soooo easy, and tasty. My son loves Catalina dressing and cucumbers for a snack, I made this he gives this a huge thumbs up! I used cider vinegar, 1/2 cup of sugar in the raw, and only 1/2 of the oil to try to make it a little less caloric. Will try to use Stevia next time, as I am trying to stay away from refined sugars."

"Oh my! I used all vanilla extract since I didn't have any almond extract, and I didn't have vanilla pudding so I used chocolate sugar free pudding. This is wonderful if you love chocolate! YUM!"

"Very good, used it on some lake perch. Also used sweet relish in place of the dill, next time I plan to divide and try both types to see which is better! Thanks for a great recipe!"
