    About Me

    I love to cook. I like to experiment in the kitchen, though that began only recently since I was raised on Chef Boyardee, Ramen noodles, boxed nuclear orange mac & cheese, jar sauce, and Happy Meals. It's taking a lot of time and effort to correct nearly 3 decades of poor nutrition. I'm trying to eat healthier, and broaden my palate/try new things.

    One of the things I like to do is make scratch versions of packaged foods I used to enjoy, so that I don't get all of the chemical additives that come with packaged foods.

    Favorite Foods

    A well-made bacon cheeseburger is the most beautiful thing in the world. I'm also a huge pasta addict.

    I'm known for a beef and cheese casserole I've been making, updating, and experimenting with for years.
