    About Me

I live in Charleston, SC with my fiancee and our two boys. I hate saying I'm a stay at home mom so I've promoted myself to "household supervisor". My favorite cookbook is the old 'C.I.A' book that is now out of print.

    Favorite Foods

Why seafood of course! My fiancee loves to fish so I am always looking for new recipes for tuna, mahi-mahi, and wahoo ( what a dilemma! ). I have been told that my recipe for shrimp-n-grits is the best ever (a MAJOR compliment where I'm from!) I love to make quiches because they are easy and you can just go crazy with what you create because they never turn out bad!
