    "I made this almost as the recipe called for. I only had cheddar and pecans on hand and so used those as a sub. If serving as a vegetarian meal, walnuts are the way to go as walnuts are an essential part of a vegetarians diet. My picky meatloving boyfriend LOVED this!"
