    Occupation: Student (again! postgrad this time - Law).

    Hobbies: Collecting antiques, reading, gardening, cooking, singing, painting.

    Favourite cookbook: Moosewood - fantastic brownies, and delicious vegie food.

    Favorite Foods

    I don't cook as often as i used to. Since being diagnosed with IBS amongst a few other issues, i now have a weird diet and it must be gluten free. I used to bake bread every Friday, but since my last GF bread experience was a flop (quite literally!), i have stopped that too. I love cooking; i especially love creating and baking new cakes.

    Signature dish: Atlantic salmon, on a bed of baby spinach and saffron mash, served with a white wine sauce.

    Favourite foods: salmon, mangoes, chocolate mousse, creme brulee (of course not all together).
