    "i served this as an appy when my in laws were over. they absolutely loved it. i would say it's difficulty to make is about a medium. it just takes a bit of time. the one important thing is not to have your oil too high, the cheese on the outside will burn first without cooking the center. i plan on making this again soon!"

    "at first i was a little put off by how many spices there were in this,i thought it would be overwhelming. it ended up wonderful. all the different flavors blended really well. the only things i didn't have were juniper berries and marjoram. with or without i think it still would turn out nice.i wanted the pork to be very tender so i slow cooked ..."

    "this bread was wonderful! it was moist, and adding the lemon zest ginger allspice nutmeg etc really added a different spin you normally don't get with banana bread. i was making it with a 5 year old so i added chocolate chips and walnuts. even with those additions it turned out great."
