    Handle
     |  By Caroline Cooks

"I really liked the cherry filling, but the crust left something to be desired. I thought it was not sweet enough. It tasted like plain bisquick dough and I even added the sugar on top. Undecided on whether I will try it again to see if it was a chef error."

"This was a really flavorful oatmeal cookie. Liked it much better than the traditional oatmeal raisin. I took the advice of an earlier post and used less cinnamon. As a matter of fact I used 1/4 tsp of pumpkin pie spice and added pecans. Absolutely yummy!"

"Lots of blueberries + crumbly topping = absolutely scrumptious. I set my timer for 45 minutes and the topping burnt a little bit. The next time I make this, and I will definitely make this again, I will check it at 40 minutes. Thanks for a yummy recipe."

"I was in the mood to try something different with broccoli and I'm glad I did. This was absolutely yummy. I had leftover breading from pecan crusted mahi mahi which was similar in ingredients and voil. The addition of pecans was scrumptious. Thanks for a great recipe!"

     |  By Blayke Humphrey

"Oh My Gosh!!!! The Salsa is absolutely delicious! If I could give it more than 5 stars I would. I was worried about the habanero being too hot for me and my kidlets. I'm a big wimp, but it was all for not. With all the lemon and mango, there was only a hint of something spicy. Very light and flavorful. Wonderful summer dish! I am so happy that I ..."

"I cooked this in an electric skillet at 350˚ for 30 min. I kept a close eye on it, but still didn't catch it in time before the rice burnt a little bit. But this dish was so yummy that it didn't matter. DH went back for seconds. He ate so much that he was 2 lbs heavier in the morning. Thanks, I will definitely be adding this to my collection!"

"MarieAlice, loved this recipe. It was my first casserole ever. I used Hot and Spicy bbq sauce (that's all we eatand I didn't have baked beans so I made my own using 2 small cans of pinto beans. I only used about a 1/2 c of the liquid from one can, but I should have used all of the juice from one can because the casserole was a little on the dry s..."

"Absolutely scrumptious. Creamy and flavorful. Instead of hashbrowns, I used thin slices of fresh potatoes and cooked them 50 minutes. I was worried about the jalapeno in the cheese being too hot for my kidlets, but it was just fine. We all had seconds."
