    About Me

    I'm 36 and have never really cooked. Everything I made was ready made, frozen or out of a box. I've been married for 5 years. Of those, I didn't cook for 4--hubby is an awesome cook. Now my little kidlets are 3.5 yo and 1.5 yo and becoming more discerning so it's hightime that I dig in with both feet and start producing meals that are worthy of seconds.

    When I'm not running around after kids, I do a little reading, scrapbooking, photography, finish carpentry. I'm a do-it-herselfer. Funny how that never included cooking.

    Favorite Foods

    Chocolate. Chocolate. And more chocolate. Needless to say that includes desserts. At buffets, I eat dessert first to make sure I have room for them. Occasionally, I will have dessert as my meal. For me there is no such thing as "too sweet."
