    Reviewed Vegetable Lo Mein

"I love this sauce recipe, but I omit the sugar and double the soy (reduced sodium) and sesame oil."

    Reviewed Chewy Cocoa Brownies

"When I couldn;t find the book with my usual brownie recipe, I decided to try this on I have had saved on my to-try list for a while. Big mistake. The dough is hard and thick, almost impossible to spread. I originally was going to make brownie bites, but I could not get the dough off the spoon and into the paper liner, without the liner coming ..."

Reviewed Bakery Style Chewy Chocolate Chip Cookies

"I thought with all the great reviews these would be the perfect cc cookie. I followed the recipe, and instructions, exactly, resulting in a bland cookie that is as hard as a rock (throughout, not just outside) less than 24 hours later in an airtight container. I used good (real) vanilla and chocolate chips (Ghirardelli) as well. What a waste of go..."

Reviewed Chicken Pot Pie with Biscuit Crust

"Phenomenal recipe! I'll never have to get a store bought chicken pot pie again. We bought the little tins to make individual pies, turned out just great. Even my son, who turns his nose up at everything, loved these!"

Reviewed Kittencal's Chicken Crescent Roll Casserole

"WAY too salty. Followed the recipe exactly. Wasn't too salty the second time around without the sauce, (had leftover filling, so made for lunch next day) but I won't be making this again."

    Reviewed Crock Pot Lasagna

"I'll stick to using the oven. Cooked on low while I was gone. Not burnt, but very dry and unappetizing."

    Reviewed Philly Cheese Steak Soup

"I made this after reading all the great reviews, and having a craving for the sandwich. It was so bad I ended up throwing it out after one night. I followed the recipe exactly; it was thin, bland, and all together nothing like a Philly Cheesesteak. Maybe it was the cheese, I don't know. What a disappointment and a huge waste of money."

    Reviewed Weight Watchers Chicken Marsala

"What a wonderful dishI I used one breast cut in half lengthwise, omitted the salt, added oyster mushrooms to the regular white buttons, a little roasted garlic, and doubled the sauce. Served with steamed green beans and steamed summer squash. Better than you can get in a restaurant! Marvelous!"
