I am a writer and a home cook who makes low fat/low cal healthy dishes that taste great and fill you up.
My personal diet is simple, easy to follow and for someone 150 lbs. makes you lose about 3 lbs. per week every week without exercise. As always, consult a doctor before doing this. I am not a dietician (just well educated and this works for me and the older/younger women in my family who find weigh hard to take off once its on). Here it goes: I eat 800-1000 calories per day with a multivitamin and 8-12 glasses of water and I try to make as much as possible of it high nutrition foods. I also eat nothing processed (that means make it all yourself, even the salad dressings and the mayo... especially the mayo). The only food that I try to consistantly eat every day is 1/2 cup of Fiber One in the morning with 1/2 cup of unsweetened almond milk (I forget the name of it, but I will drink any almond milk EXCEPT the one walmart carries the most of... its tastes so aweful). So I'm using this website to help me put out there great recipes that I've made/found that can be incorporated into this.
