"I love these cupcakes I made them for my daughters first birthday. I made myself a pancake with my extra batter, it was one of the best pancakes I have ever had! The carrots stay a bit crunchy oh my so delish! If you want a stiffer icing for piping stars or something on top the key is to use less icing sugar the more you add to the cream cheese th ..."

"Great Recipe Kittencal always delivers!! The tomato sauce tastes really great and the simmering time is well worth it. The only change I made was to add fresh herbs at the end. I also omitted the mushrooms my husband has an aversion to them.
    Thank You"

"This was delicious no suprise with it being Kittencal's recipe.... Instead of piemento and bell pepper I just stirred in a cup and a half of frozen peas and carrots b/c it was what I had on hand. I also used whole wheat macaroni also all I had but the sauce and flavor profile was exactly what I was looking for. Thank You"

"Another perfect recipe from Kittencal! These are fluffy soft and delicious. I cut them using dental floss you just slide it under the roll then cross the strings over and pull. When you are proofing your yeast make sure your water is about 115 f any higher and you risk killing it. I did half of the recipe with Kittencal's glaze and the other half..."

"These cookies are great so easy to put together and they come out nice and soft but not doughy. I measured mine by level teapoons. I made them all and put them in the fridge to chill and just took the amount of balls out as I baked them. If I changed anything I would reduce the cinnamon in the sugar mixture it comes across with more bite than I li..."

We used skinless boneless chicken,1 tsp of tumeric (b/c we find too much tumeric can become bitter,3 scant Tbsp honey and we added 1 Tbsp of fresh microplaned ginger and 1/4 tsp of chili flakes. The raisins really mellow out in flavor as it cooks they just lend ..."

"This sauce takes some time but it is well worth it. I made it with Kittencal's meatballs recipe and they pair perfectly with eachother. The red wine gives the sauce a great depth. I would be careful with the amount of salt I use next time that flavor intensified over the long simmering time but sugar will help balance that if you find that happens..."
