    "Great to eat warm from the oven. It reminds me of a plum pudding. My husband gobbled down four pieces immediately. Would be nice with cream cheese frosting or even hard sauce. It took only three of my very large persimmons. The recipe half-fills a 12 cup Bundt pan, which is fine. I think it would fit in a nine cup Bundt. Baked in 50 min."
