    "great salsa recipe. I do agree with another review on putting the tomatoes in to boil and skin, much better this way. I am glad I read the review on this before I started. Makes a wonderful salsa. thank you

    "This sauce is wonderful. I put a small yellow chilli pepper in with no seeds, and it has just enough kick to it. Absolutely wonderful. Made 7 quarts on Sat., and another 7 on Sunday, with my son and daughter in law. They both just loved it. thank you

    "very good salsa. Do not put tomatoes in cuisinart. they get too chopped up. I like my salsa a little thicker, so I will drain some liquid when using. otherwise good."
