"This was delicious! I did add hot sauce (in lieu of cayenne pepper, a dash of Worcestershire sauce, and a little garlic powder because it didn't seem to have much flavor when I mixed it up. The four stars are because it is a little greasy. Next time I'll try using low fat cheddar and cream cheese to see if that gets rid of some of the o ..."

"I have made lots of French Onion soup with many different recipes. I could not believe how much better Tyler's recipe tasted! It is by far my favorite recipe for French Onion soup. The last time I made it I didn't have fresh thyme sprigs, so I just used half a teaspoon dried thyme leaves. I also had to substitute white wine instead of the red. ..."

I'd also omit the wine since this is what causes the graininess. Cook on low-medium heat for better consistency. This is almost exactly like my Alfredo recipe accept I remove the garlic after I add the crea..."
