    materials:

    2 cups dry beans
    1kg boned lamb meat (lamb arm)
    4 medium sized onion
    2-3 tablespoons of olive oil
    half a tablespoon of tomato paste
    half tablespoon red pepper paste
    4-5 pieces of dried bitter green chilli peppers
    1 teaspoon salt

    preparation:

    kidney beans and the next day early..."
