"This is so easy and delicious. It's nice to have a reliable non-alcohol beverage recipe this time of year. I made one batch exactly as here, and one substituting pear nectar for the pineapple. Both were hits!"

"I love this salad dressing. I made up a version of it, trying to copy El Torito's Mexican Caesar Salad. One trick i've learned is that in a rush you can substitute bottled ranch dressing for the other ingredients; just blend it up with the cilantro and maybe a squeeze of lime or garlic juice. "
