I like an assortment of textures (crispy, creamy, etc.) and an assortment of colors in a meal. I often use garlic, olive oil, Dijon mustard, lemon and parsley when cooking. I love Dungeness crab, Sockeye salmon, grilled oysters, roast pork, free-range eggs and chicken, creamy mashed potatoes, corn any way, roasted veggies, fresh bell peppers, kale, chard, spinach, broccoli, avocado, green beans, onions, hazelnuts, coconut and almonds, fresh coconut juice, almond cake, dark and milk chocolate and pure vanilla, all fruits especially tropical, black beans simmered with tons of onion, garlic, and other chopped veggies, creme brulee, flourless chocolate cake with raspberries and whipped cream, and Udi® Bread.
