"Very good recipe, easy to prepare, quick to cook and very tasty. The chilli powder gives the recipe a real lift. I baked the ribs in a disposable foil roasting pan, covered with foil for about 1 hour and uncovered for 15 minutes and it worked well. Much easier than washing a sticky tin.!Jean#3 Western Australia"
