"Very easy to prepare. The chicken came out moist and flavorful and the sauce was delicious.
I used dried rosemary instead of the basil. It does help to let the chicken rest the 10 minutes before serving."

"Made the tomato sauce version and added some chopped red pepper. The sauce was slightly sweet and delicious over the tasty "mini-meatloaf". I browned the patties and then finished cooking them in the oven for about 40 minutes at 350 degrees."

"These were moist and delicious. I added another 1/2 cup of flour since I didn't add the finely processed walnuts. I added the cinnamon and ginger and some chopped nuts to the batter instead of on top. The muffins had such a nice texture and flavor and I'm sure to make them again."

"I was a little worried because the batter was quite thick, but the cake came out nice and moist. The topping makes it a yummy snack cake, more like a coffee cake. We warmed the pieces a bit in the microwave."
