    "I LOVE this recipe and so does my family. I have made it a few times and it has turned out great. I make rice in my rice cooker while I am cooking up the chicken. I added all the sauce ingredients in a bowl and heated it up in the microwave then added it when the chicken was done. Didn't really see the need to remove the chicken, warm up the sauce..."

    "I used brie, peaches, and a spinach mix. I also used my griddle (for pancakes and used a heavy skillet to press them down towards the end. Next time I will also try some red onion and maybe even some thin sliced ham.

    "I made these for my family for our weekly Sunday brunch. Everyone really enjoyed them. I used turkey since I couldn't find ground chicken. Otherwise I followed the directions as written. They had just the right amount of seasoning and smelled absolutely wonderful while they were cooking. I will definately make these again."
