"mmmmmmm! Does that say enough? I followed the recipe with the exception of substituting choc. chips for the nuts. I think when I make it again I will ease back on the sugars and add cinnamon. "

"Consistancy was thin and I had to add quite a bit more of the bread crumbs. Overall I loved them and will make them again, only next time I will use a larger size can of salmon or a piece of freshly cooked salmon. The wasabi tartar dipping sauce was out of this world. I am planning to make to make both again as appetizers for a party. Can't wait..."

"I was looking for a "sure thing" cookie recipe for a bake sale. As one batch was cooling, my DH was walking through the kitchen and swiped one. I told him "sweetly" they were not for him, but for the bake sale. He quckly said " How much, I'll take em' all". Thats how I knew they were a definate 5 star."

"Wow! Very good. I will definatly make this again. I scaled down the eggs to two, and cut the eggplant into thinner slices. Excellent over spaghetti squash with fresh marinara. Thanks!"

"Very easy to whip up for a quick treat. I made them about a half inch in size due to the richness. I would not change anything else, just recommend baking for about 8 min. They are quick to burn and dry out easily. My very picky husband was impressed! "
